See how I built an aquarium stand for my 20 gallon aquarium- for only $15 not including paint. I am not a professional carpenter, but this stand has held up well. I built it with just 2x4's and drywall screws. For safety, I would attach this stand to the wall so that it does not tip. I have used this for water-filled aquariums (which, of course, are much heavier), but I put a 2x4 support below the sides of each shelf. Building this is easy, quick, and cheap.

Learn how to feed your snake a thawed rodent. Watch my butter ball python get fed a thawed mouse. I discuss the main factors in getting your snake to eat frozen rodents - whether it be mice, rats, or other rodents. You need to keep the scent on the rodent, so that the snake can smell it. You need to heat up the rodent to at least the temperature of a live one so that the snake can sense it with its heat pits. It is also useful to hold the rodent by the back of its neck with tongs, so that you can move it. Watch and enjoy.
