Cobra is a great way to get more spinal extension but can be quite intense if you are very stiff in your back, so be careful. You want your elbows directly under your shoulders, 'golfer's grip' hands (watch my other video on this), pulling your forearms into the floor to engage your lats and feel like you're squeezing your shoulder blades back and down behind you whilst you look forward with your head.
