Pullovers are a great way to begin to mobilise stiff shoulders but make sure your hands and arms stay active throughout (you're not floppy at your elbows or hands). You also have to make sure not to hyperextend your elbows, so keep the bony bits of your elbows facing L & R throughout, don't let them point towards your feet.
Don't take your arms any further back than you can with straight arms.
