Being sure to make sure your back is entirely flat and legs entirely straight, you're rolling your hips through internal and external hip rotation. Taking your hips regularly through internal and external hip rotation is key in aligning your femur neutrally within the hip socket to reduce wear and tear. Make sure your feet stay active but your hips lead the movement!
